One should do something good for the body so that the soul feels like living in it.

Winston Churchill

Nutrition is the basis...

Nutrition accounts for 80% of our physical and mental well-being, health and fitness.

For many people, however, a 100% healthy diet is hardly possible. And that is not at all necessary for a healthy and balanced life! In my experience, there are many misconceptions about healthy eating that even keep many people from even thinking about healthy eating. One example among many is that in order to lose weight consistently, you have to be starving and avoiding any kind of sweets. In my coaching there are no prohibitions or waivers. It is important to me that - with all the everyday stress - the diet does not represent an additional burden.

I know from my own experience that nutrition is often sabotaged by the general conditions. Hunger is very often emotionally driven. It is not for nothing, for example, that the saying “love goes through the stomach” exists. This is not only psychologically correct, but also demonstrably physiologically correct. There are now many studies that even show that the stress hormone cortisol leads to a reduction in calorie burning and increased storage of fat cells. Conversely, this can not only affect personal sporting goals, but also limit performance at work and at work. Therefore, we illuminate this as part of the coaching as well as the underlying nutrition.

... but the basic conditions are decisive

My coaching approach

There are many foods that you can include in your diet - without giving up - and which can lead to an improvement in personal well-being. Bananas or walnuts, for example, contain the amino acid tryptophan, which is converted in the body to the neurotransmitter serotonin, which in turn counteracts daytime sleepiness and even helps against poor concentration.

As a licensed nutritionist, I create individual nutritional plans for my clients that help the client to understand their individual physical needs and still be compatible with everyday life.
