In individual coaching, we focus entirely on your personal challenges and goals. Whether you are seeking clarity, want to (re)identify your values, or develop concrete steps towards inner balance – together we will develop individual solutions that suit you.

Process

Below, I would like to give you a brief overview of how individual coaching might proceed. Since individual coaching sessions are as unique as the individuals themselves, I can only provide a general outline here.

Free initial consultation
(approx. 30 minutes)

We'll get to know each other without obligation and discuss your current situation as well as your goals and wishes for the coaching. Depending on the outcome, we'll decide together whether we could envision working together and define the expectations.

 

The initial meeting typically takes place virtually, but can also be held in person in the Düsseldorf area upon request.

Objectives and analysis

We will have in-depth discussions during the initial appointments. These could include, for example, the following questions or topics:

 

  • Why did you originally choose your career goal?

  • What is missing in your life?

  • Where would you like to go?

  • Why isn't success "enough"?

  • Where do you stand in your various life areas (health, career, love, friends, finances, leisure, meaning of life)?

We work together to identify what is truly important to you and which values and needs should (re)emerge in your life. This involves discovering your personal "why" and developing concrete ways to align your life with your values and needs.

 

This includes, for example:

  • Identifying your values and needs.

  • Developing measures to integrate meaningful activities and your personal "why" into everyday life.

  • Learning methods for stress management, mindfulness, and focus.

  • Targeted exercises and small reminders for conscious reflection.

Sustainable Implementation

Together, we'll create a realistic and motivating roadmap for integrating your insights into your daily life and/or making desired changes. Step by step, you'll get closer to your goal – and learn to enjoy the journey.
